On behalf of its client, Professional Associations Super, briefed in the large requisite to re-brand and redevelop their 5 industry super fund websites. Each site has a different target audience and it was important to show individuality per site however use products and services that could be re-skinned and carried across each site.
The aim of AEsuper was to to encourage members to "do one more thing" when they visit the site and provide easy to use tools that will engage their members more effectively. Through implementation of key user journeys /navigation and research we were able to deliver a strong presence in the marketplace. Strategic spotlights were designed to direct traffic to key areas to increase the call to action.
Along with this a total eDM strategy was put into place for the launch of the websites and the launch of the statement campaign. The eDM campaign was to entice people to enter their super balance and go into the draw to win.
The holistic approach to this project is about communicating with members more effectively, providing simple to use online tools and copy which talks in simple language to encourage members to engage.
