So we set up a system that sent out a dedicated email with a direct link to the membership webpage where all the important data was collected in one spot and then sent on to the right people in BussQ. We linked the online join insurance with their insurance company and pre-populated the members’ details to make it easy to commit. And the result… fewer telephone enquiries, less paperwork, lower postage fees and best of all, many more happy members.
